The Via Sensoria sensory tasting journey invites you to reconnect with the rhythm of the four seasons, whilst stimulating your senses.

For an hour, follow a sommelier from season to season and enjoy a glass of wine from around the world or a refreshing non-alcoholic drink at each stop. At Via Sensoria, everything is designed to take your senses on a journey: a dreamlike setting, poetry, and interplay of sounds, light, scents and textures...

Throughout the experience, let yourself be carried away by relaxing sensory activities and enjoy an intimate, timeless moment!

Daytime wine-tasting workshops: relax whilst enjoying a glass of wine 🍷

Wine-tasting workshops are held on the first floor in circular rooms that encourage discussion and interaction. And yes, everything is all about curves at the Cité du Vin! The wines tasted come from various wine-producing regions around the world that partner with the Cité du Vin.

✏️Introduction to Wine Tasting Workshop

During this one-hour workshop, you will taste three wines from around the world, engaging in turn each of the senses involved in wine tasting: sight, smell and taste.

The workshop is conducted in French and is available in all languages, via simultaneous translation (written and spoken) thanks to the equipment included.
